Saving an Iconic Species
with Storytelling
As the project coordinator for Tigers United, a coalition of four land-grant universities with tiger mascots dedicated to saving tigers in the wild, Rachelle played a pivotal role in advancing their mission. Her responsibilities included coordinating quarterly meetings between university officials, orchestrating an annual fundraising campaign, managing and executing all social media posts, and creating a compelling promotional video. Additionally, Rachelle spearheaded national ad campaigns in conjunction with the national football championship between Clemson and LSU, partnering with a national conservation company. Through these efforts, she helped unify and amplify the message of conservation among these institutions.
